4 Days Tanzania Wildlife tour is a thrilling safari experience starting in Arusha and then to Tarangire national park. You will also visit the famous Serengeti national park during this safari in Tanzania. During your 4 days Tanzania wildlife tour, you will engage in morning and afternoon game drives as you drive around the national parks and look out for the various wildlife species and visit different attractions.

Detailed itinerary

Day 1; pick up and drive to Tarangire national park

You will start your 4 days Tanzania safari with pick up from the airport or your hotel in Arusha by your guide who will welcome you and brief you about your safari. After you have had a short briefing, you will continue your transfer to Tarangire national park. You will enjoy seeing ancient baobab trees amidst the savannah plains of Tarangire national park as you drive to your lodge where you will have your lunch.

After having your lunch, you will also engage in an afternoon game drive to experience more of the wilderness of Tarangire national park and also to enjoy seeing the large herds of elephants which are popular at this national park. Other wildlife species you will see during your 4 days Tanzania safari in Tarangire national park include. There are also over 500 bird species in this national park. You will return to your lodge after this game drive to have dinner and spend the night at karatu

Day 2; drive to Serengeti national park

After having breakfast at your lodge in Tarangire national park during your 4 days Tanzania tour, you will check out of the lodge and continue to drive to Serengeti national park for more wildlife viewing adventures. Serengeti national park has over 4000 lions which can be seen as they move around the savannah plains in their prides as well as on top of the granite rocks in the national park referred to as kopjes.

On the 2nd day of your 4 days Tanzania tour, after having your lunch, you will engage in an evening game drive in Serengeti national park and look out for wildlife species such as leopards, cheetahs, wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, kudu, waterbucks, gazelles, dik dik, elephants and many others. You will proceed to your lodge after the game drive for dinner and to spend the night at hotel/temted camp

Day 3; full day in Serengeti national park

You will start your day with breakfast at your lodge as you prepare to drive around the endless plains of Serengeti national park for the whole day. You will go for the morning game drive with your packed lunches and some of the wildlife species you will spot as you drive around the national park include elephants, lions, buffalos, wildebeests, antelopes, hippos and many others. As you explore the central part of Serengeti national park, you will also visit attractions such as the retina hippo pool where you will see many hippos in the water. You will have a short lunch break after your morning game drive.

You will have an afternoon game drive in Serengeti national park after your lunch as you look out for more wildlife species. Your guide will later drive you back to your lodge for dinner and overnight at hotels/temted camp.

Day 4; drive to Arusha

On the last day of your 4 days Tanzania safari, your guide will pick you up from your lodge in Serengeti national park after you have enjoyed your breakfast. You will have an en route game drive around the grassy savannah plains of Serengeti national park as you prepare for your transfer to Arusha where you will be dropped off at the airport or at your hotel in Arusha and this will bring your 4 days Tanzania tour to an end.
